L.Frank Baum, or the Wizard of Oz fame, wrote this delightful book and considered it his best of all that he wrote. it tells the story of faries who weave a magic cloak one day that has the ability to grant it's owner one wish. That's all, just one. After this they must then give it away to another person who will then have a wish of their own.
